Hello everyone,
Well, what another hectic week we had!
Thank you to all of you who have downloaded our 85-page guide: "Freedom From Self-Employment Traps: A Business Owner's Blueprint".
This latest offering has been very popular and the comments that some of you made have been truly inspiring and humbling. It's great to know Marissa and I are making some difference out there.
This newsletter comes out after we have spent the last weekend at Dr John Demartini's The Breakthrough Experience™. It was an extraordinary weekend of inspiration and transformation!
For Marissa, two years on as one of Dr Demartini's trained facilitators of The Demartini Method, she still loves being a participant as she re-connected with her clarity and authenticity.
For me, I just thoroughly enjoyed working with the professional team at Global 1 Training as a crew member.
This coming weekend will be another full one for us. We are attending Paul Blackburn's The Mental Toolbox Seminar. (I guess you can tell we love learning).
But not only that, we have the great privilege to be the only non-US based speakers invited to present at the 2009 Virtual Copreneur Camp for Entrepreneurial Couples hosted by the US-based National Copreneur Society.
It's on this weekend and we'd love you to join us. Find out more about this in the "We Recommend" section.
Enjoy this edition's tips and here's to a productive weekend coming up!
Cheers,
Henry

3 Time Saving Tips
by Henry Chow
Listen to Henry's recent ToastMaster's Speech on 3 Time Saving Tips.
Do you have a messy, cluttered desk and cannot find things?
Do you miss appointments or need to re-schedule them often?
Are you always late?
Are you tired and can’t concentrate?
3 Ways To Not Waste Time
1. Learn to say ‘no’.
Saying ‘yes’ but eventually letting someone down because you can’t fulfil your promise is not the best result. You might as well say ‘no’ from the beginning.
2. Have a To-Do List.
The 4 Quadrants from Stephen Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People are helpful.
What are the 4 Quadrants?
Urgent and Important
Not Urgent and Important
Urgent and Not Important
Not Urgent and Not Important
Knowing which tasks to focus on by prioritising your time on those tasks on Quadrant 1 will help you become more productive and efficient.
Assign times as to how long it’s going to take, which leads us to the 3rd tip below.
3. Keep a time diary.
Keep things to an agenda. Once you know where your time is going, you’ll learn how to say no. You’ll learn how to put things on the To-Do List and put things on diary.
Being ‘successful’ doesn’t necessarily mean you manage your time well, but managing your time well makes you successful.

What Is A Millionaire Mindset?
by Pat Mesiti
This edition's success tip comes from Pat Mesiti.
Pat has spoken at some of the largest conferences in the world and his books and materials have sold over two million copies. He is a highly effective communicator, and most notably, an income acceleration coach.
What is a millionaire mind-set?
A millionaire mind-set is not about dollars. Prosperity is not about an abundance of stuff, it's a way of living, a mind-set we create. Similarly, poverty is not the lack of stuff, it's the mind-set around it. Let me give you an example. I'm involved in an organisation that looks after 5,000 children in Uganda - we feed, educate and clothe them. Those children take nothing and turn it into something.
I actually tell people that if they were given more, they would probably do far less because they don't think broke - they don't even know that they're broke. They know that something is not right but they take what they've got, they turn it into something and they are not broke in their thinking. A millionaire mind-set is thinking prosperously - like having a generous eye. Where can I be generous to people?
Prosperous people play the money game to win. Broke people play the game not to lose. The millionaire mind-set says, 'People are the reason I prosper'. The broke mind-set says, 'People are the reason that I don't prosper'. The millionaire mind-set says, 'I'm in this for what I can contribute'. The broke says, 'I'm in this for what I can get'.
I am constantly amazed in my role as a coach and as a speaker when the first thing people who are applying for a job ask is, 'How much will I be getting paid? What are my benefits? When can I take my holidays? What are the hours?' They haven't even worked five minutes yet - their mentality is so wrong.
So, it's really about getting people to think differently, to think prosperously and to get rid of the viruses they have. For example, why do we refer to people as an 'Aussie Battler', when they really aren't?
Yes, we've had some struggles but we are not battlers, we are achievers, and if you look at our history as Australians we are a very prosperous and wealthy nation. I actually think the average 'Aussie Battler' is really the average 'Aussie Whinger', complaining about what they don't have rather than being grateful for what they do have.
