Marissa Carlos is the founder and head of Maximum Coaching Company Pty Ltd, a coaching and consulting company that aims to transform the lives of countless number of people through helping them grow into their true potential and purpose.
During her days as a student and employee in corporate firms, Marissa Carlos was above average and excelled but was quite shy and a little too timid to live up to her full potential. This was a constant source of internal frustration for her as she knew she was someone with a lot more to offer but she just didn’t know exactly what it was and how to uncover and express it.
In 2006, her life changed. A health challenge with a loved one led her to being at an event where she had the opportunity to hear Dr John F Demartini speak. That was a pivotal, transforming moment in her life as she embarked on her journey to live her purpose - to study and master universal laws and discover how to release and express the brilliant, unique potential we have within us.
Today, Marissa Carlos is an inspired coach who helps people uncover their big “why” and grow into their true potential and purpose. She is committed to helping people turn their confusion, stress and chaos to clarity, empowerment and purpose so they can release the brilliant self they have within and shine.
She has coached individuals from different walks of life including entrepreneurs, business owners and employees from different industries including health care, information technology, coaching, beauty and well being and financial services.
